By using this website and purchasing our products you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as detailed below.
All our products are handmade. The leather is hand cut. As individual, hand cut products, there may be some minor variations in the finish. We endeavour to get them as perfect as possible but they are never going to be as perfect as they would be if they were cut by a machine! If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will be happy to swap or reimburse you.
We use 100% natural leather for the various lettering and patches. We do our best to use leather that is as pristine as possible but as a natural material there may well be some inherent minor variations and imperfections in the leather and also from the tannery.
All our products are made to order and the cushions are not pattern matched back to front. The product you receive may differ slightly to the image on the website.
We accept full refunds within 28 days if you are not happy with your product upon receipt. Product must be in the same condition in which it arrived.
We use fabric intended for the interiors market and leather intended for the clothing and footwear industry. That said, both the fabric and leather may discolour if it comes into contact with any non colour fast fabrics. Similarly, there is a possibility that, under the wrong circumstances, the leather may cause discolouration to other fabrics.
We accept no liability if the goods you receive differ slightly in colour to the images you have seen on our website. Please note that all computer screens display colours differently and different batches of fabric may have a slight colour variation.
The customer has 2 hours in which to cancel to order. After this time the product will be in production. Unless it's a sale item or custom made, the customer can of course return the item once it has been sent for a full refund.
Our delivery times are an approximation. We will of course try to meet these approximations but due to extenuating circumstances with our third party suppliers, there may be occasions where goods are delayed. If there are any delays, we will always keep you informed regarding the progress of your purchase as soon as we have any information and if the goods are going to be delayed, the customer can of course cancel at any time.
Please note: some international destinations have import duties and taxes. Panza + Fink is not liable for any of these tariffs. Some goods may be inspected upon receipt. Panza + Fink is not liable for any signs of tampering.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

Panza + Fink uses industry standard security methods to ensure that all the personal details you give us are not misused.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
The purchase area of our site is extremely secure. We use industry standard SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer) to guarantee a safe and secure shopping environment. There is also the option to pay through Paypal which is equally secure. If a customer would like to pay directly we will ask all funds to be sent via Paypal, rather than via an emailed invoice, which is open to fraud.
All sensitive information such as credit card details, names and addresses are encrypted. This means that information passed between your computer and our web site cannot be read even in the event it is intercepted by someone else.
Our company is hosted on the Shopify.com platform. Shopify.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Shopify.com’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
